How it Works
tb campaign mission?
TB Campaigns are designed to assist our local teachers and coaches have the resources they need to help improve the lives of our children.
TB CAmpaign benefits
- TB Sweets Inc. dedicates 25% or more of all the proceeds collected under the campaign code to the class, school, team, or league
- Unlike other fundraising organizations, TB Sweets actively helps to promote your campaign across a large digital audience throughout the country.
- TB Sweets Inc. also dedicates portions of EVERY general sale to our active campaigns to help them reach their goals even faster!
- Our campaigns are set up so the kids or campaign administrators never have to handle the payments or products. TB handles the transactions from A to Z.
- Students and Campaign Administrators can check the updated campaign totals on a daily basis. TB team will also send out notifications when the campaigns reach quarter benchmarks (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%)

- Teachers (Elementary, Middle, High School)
- School Administrators (Principles, VP, Verified Office Personnel, Board Members)
- Sports Leagues Administrators & League Coaches (All levels up to HS)

1.
Complete the TB Sweets Campaign Form. Make sure to include all necessary information so our team can confirm the details & set up your campaign with ease.
2.
Campaigns that have promotions coming from the efforts of BOTH TB Sweets & the TB campaign organizer usually are fulfilled within (30) days. In cases where promotions are coming from just TB Cakes only, campaigns can take up to (60) days to complete.
3.
Students in participating classes/schools & members of participating teams/leagues are automatically in the running for the TOP SELLER PRIZE OF $100 GIFT CARD + $25 ACORNS INVESTMENT GIFT CARD . Top Seller also has a chance to receive a TB Cakes College Scholarship of $1,500/year for FOUR years. More info in scholarship link at bottom.
4.
Once your campaign is live anyone can check the status of the campaign. The updated campaign pacing information will be uploaded daily. Participating sellers can also see where they rank as well.

Campaign organizers and sellers never have to handle the products or the money. We will take care of all the logistics for you!
5.
Once the campaign has ended, TB Sweets will put together a final document for campaign organizer showing the status/payout. Final seller standings will be posted online. Rewards earned will be sent/paid out within (10) business days of last day of.
