TB Shipping Policy

UPDATE: Due to some restrictions because of the COVID-19 outbreak, TB Cakes, Inc. has taken additional precautions to ensure our products are baked and packaged in the safest environment possible.

All orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. TB ships Monday – Thursday, excluding holidays. We do not ship or deliver on weekends, unless through a catering order.

The delivery costs provided for you will depend on the following:

• When your order is being placed. Orders placed before 4pm CST are eligible to ship the next business day.

• The zip code you are shipping to.

• Whether or not you're shipping to a residential address or a commercial.

• The weight or dimension of the package being shipped.

We ship using the following methods.

• Standard 1-3 Day

• 2nd Day Air

• 3 Day Select

• Next Day Air

TB Cakes utilized partnerships with 3rd party shipping vendors to deliver your TB Cakes products.  As such TB Cakes, Inc.® can only guarantee that your order will be ready for shipment on the day shown in your order confirmation. We cannot guarantee the arrival date. Certain circumstances such as weather or address issues can delay the pickup or arrival of your package. We will be happy to work with you to resolve any delays that occur, however, TB Cakes, Inc.® cannot refund any part of your order because of shipping delays or incorrect deliveries.
